We are obsessed with our yard after only our first mow/aeration/fertilizer with them. They scheduled us promptly and got to work shortly after. Our house was sitting for a little bit, and so the yard desperately needed help. You can already tell how much happier everything is! Thank you!

I contacted them almost two months ago for a quote and even met their technician in the field. However, despite sending multiple email requests for an update, they never provided a quote. They even promised to get back to me but ended up ghosting me. Not very professional from their side to be left hanging like that.
Good communication and customer service are essential for any business, especially local ones. It shows how much they value their potential customers. Sadly, for whatever reason, this seems to be a common issue among local businesses in Minot. The excuse of being "super busy", like most of the business claim is not a justification to poor customer service and ghosting potential customers. A simple email explaining the reasons of a delayed response is all it takes to show customers they care.
I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for your business. Improving customer service and communication skills should be a priority of any business to succeed in this competitive market.
