Service department is amazing! Best time I've ever spent in a dealership. I live 2 hours from dealership so I wanted to make sure they had the parts for the recall. I thought it would be weeks but the service manager did some checking and called me back and I was in within a week. I work remotely so when I brought my car in for recall repairs I brought my work with me. There waiting area is comfortable. I was able to set up my laptop and work while my car was in the shop. The Service Advisor, Esteban Mejia was very attentive. He kept me updated on the progress and checked on me often. Everyone I talked to was professional and polite. Awesome Service Center. DeAnna and Steve are super nice and always so helpful. It's really nice to go somewhere where they know their stuff and explain things clearly. Definitely recommend it!
