My children went here on June 25th. We were told we would have their glasses with two weeks. One child got their’s a week ago and today we were told we had to wait another week because the other child’s was sent to not only the wrong shop but the wrong state. It is now August 28th. They were meant for school. Insurance has paid but yet I can’t get what we paid for.
I wished I could give zero stars. And reasons keep changing. I should be refunded by this point.
Edit: Steps have been taken and I was surprised..Thank you. Upping the stars and also my kids said they really did like the ophthalmologist.

Dr Koop and her team always provide a welcoming atmosphere whenever our family pays a visit to the clinic. The whole team is both kind and patient. We have brought both our young kids there for their first exams and both experiences were great! When going in for my own exam, I had to upgrade my glasses. Just like many I was overwhelmed with the vast selection of glasses with the help of the whole team I found a pair that fits my personality. I appreciate their assistance, guidance and share of opinions to help me find my new pair. The whole team is great- each and every one of them!
