Absolutely will recommend to anyone. The level of care and attention to detail is unsurpassable. I had Rosie this time and she truly helped me. I was able to walk better with less pain in my hips for at least a week. She listened to my needs and it was so refreshing. The price is comparable to others in town, but I really feel like this place cares instead of just in it to make money. The heated massage table is wonderful too!! Thank you Rosie. Great job. Heather is amazing too. ?

Just got a 90 minute massage from Rosie and would highly recommend her. Not only did she do a wonderful job with pressure and checking in on some of the tougher spots but she also let me zone out and take it all in without interruption. It’s a delicate balance and she nailed it.

The Salt Room at Inner Reflection has been so helpful to our family! We have one child who has struggled with very high fevers and sick every 6-8 weeks. She's been on lots of antibiotics and steroids which help but also affect her immune system. By coming to the salt room, it has greatly decreased the amount of times she has needed antibiotics. We have also struggled as a family with allergies, broncitis and congestion from colds. By breathing in the salt, it helps kill the bacteria and has helped us get better so much faster and without using over the counter medicines too.
