My husband and I worked with Penny Belgarde on selling our home and buying another home. Our experience working with Penny was wonderful!! She explained the process of selling and buying so it was understandable. She was always patient with us, calling or texting us as soon as she heard from us, answering all our questions. Century 21 and specifically Royanna Tomas has been amazing in our homebuying experience. She always brought things to us in a timely manner. She walked us through each step being very communicative at each pass that we had to take. She even found a buyer for our house the same day we told her we wanted to buy a house.
