When I draft and post a review on social media of a business, usually it is to influence the business to make changes on our behalf. But, some businesses are so large and they make so much money, that they don't really care what we think. The customers become expendable and they know they are going to profit off of us, even if they take advantage of us. WM is the world's largest corporation and they are too big to care what I think. They will just disparage me and my reputation. I was banned from both stores, for a year. In my case, I'm still allowed to hold an account and shop online. I bought cupcakes for my daughter's birthday to serve her sorority sisters. Frizze in the Bakery went over and above to make them special. They are beautiful and I can tell, made with love. The girls loved them-huge hit! Frizze's customer service and frosting ability are top notch---that girl deserves a raise!
