Our sump pump burnt out on a late Friday night, during a period of continuous rain showers. We used an old pump to avoid basement flooding and left a message on Vilandre's emergency number. We got a call early Saturday morning for additional information and by 8:30am a serviceman, Chris, arrived. His work was swift, professional, and impressive; he replaced the failed system and piping with a new one we had previously purchased in anticipation of such a failure.Thank you... read full review
Matt serviced two furnaces, A/C, and unit heater in garage. Matt performed the service work great, fix some issues and did it very efficiently. Recommend Vilandre for all new and existing HVAC work.
We are amazed at the high quality of customer service. Absolutely fantastic in all aspects from receptionist, scheduling, quality of job performance, and especially the high quality of all the service people that came to our home.
