I just have to rave about Dr. Schaff at Valley Vision! My son is 3, and as most parents know, getting a toddler to sit still isn’t easy ? Dr. Schaff was incredibly patient, kind, and so good with him. He truly made the whole experience stress-free for both of us. His assistants were amazing as well, and the front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming. This was our first time going there, and I was beyond impressed. Highly recommend Valley Vision for kids (and parents!) ❤️

Excellent customer service skills! Eye doctors go above and beyond to ensure my eye sight maintains 20/20 vision..... also, I want to mention the thoroughness provided to ensure my eyes are in perfect health..... the gals providing care to ensure my glasses fit properly and that I receive the care I so rightly deserve as a customer. Excellent job from the top on down. Thank you!

Valley Vision is fantastic, and Dr. Laura Benoit is an absolute gem. She’s hilarious, smart, and can make an exam feel like you’re catching up with an old friend who happens to be extremely knowledgeable about eyeballs. The whole team, from the moment you check in to the moment you pay your bill and make your appointment, is so darn friendly, efficient, and genuinely cares about their patients.
If you want top-notch care and a doctor who will have you laughing while she fixes your vision, go see Dr. Laura. Five stars, no question!
