Left a voicemail. Called me back with in 15 mins. Told him I had an appraisal coming in a few days and needed it fixed asap as it broke over the weekend. He promptly showed up and fixed in within a couple hours. Pricing was great but the speed of service was amazing and a huge win for me!

I called those "other guys" because they consistently advertise on the radio station I listen to most. They didn't have the decency to pick up the phone and speak with me, instead, they were on speaker phone and seemed to be yelling across the room. I asked if they were on speaker and he said that he was. I could hear some activity which was obviously him picking up the phone.... now a clear voice.
