Had a bit of an emergency on a Saturday with an outdoor faucet pipe that ruptured and leaked indoors. Called and left a message....was called quickly back and was able to have someone (Arthur) come over in about 45 minutes. He assessed the issue and went over the options with me and got to fixing the pipe/faucet. Arthur was very professional and pleasant...even as my dog howled and cried in his kennel. :) From the first call to completion, everything was good to go in about 90 minutes. Very, very happy.
The guys that came to our house to jet out the pipes did a phenomenal job. Definitely would recommend them if you have any plumbing issues!
We called Total Care and Aaron was out the next day! he replaced 3 outside faucets and fixed another leaking pipe. he was true to his estimate and left the place exactly how it was when he got here. Excellent service and fairly priced.
