They came to our house to level out an outside heat pump unit and they also noticed additional items that needed servicing as well, which potentially saved us from making another service call in the future. Very nice family owned business with great trustworthy employees. We have been customers since this company started its business. I am very happy with Thermal Air’s friendly and prompt service. I was cleaning my dryer ducts and ripped the flexible ductwork. I called and left a message after hours and received a call back within minutes. The next day Nick came out and fixed it. He had to cut out the Sheetrock and replace the flexible ductwork with the hard metal ductwork. He was very nice, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend Thermal Air!
