Thank you to all the wonderful people at spectra for helping me get in contact with my mom by giving me a phone (with help via homeless helpers ?)and helping me get to my cat (max) while I was homeless in Grand forks, I'm almost 2 weeks sober, max has been staying in my old bedroom at my parents, without the help and generosity and care of all your staff this would of been mere impossible and probably would of lost my cat and so Thank You All So Much and shoutout to the chiropractic care you all do miracles everyday I have nothing but good things to say about these folks, remarkable team!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They seemed extremely interested in helping me with my needs. I have only used the medical and chiropractor. The dental doesn't see adults because they are extremely understaffed. I use a different local dentist for my daughters and me. I also use a different vision clinic so I can't review the eye doctor. The social workers are also amazing.
