Took my PC in today thinking something happened to it during a power outage. There was nothing wrong with it, they could have easily scammed me but they were honest and helpful. They also flashed my BIOS to the newest update and did not charged me a penny. Humble team.

Dropped of my laptop with a request for more memory. They called me back with a better suggestion of installing an SSD. Laptop is so much faster and easier to use. VERY SATISFIED
