My computer power cord quit working on me on a Saturday and I was leaving town for work on Monday for a week. I called them around 1:45 and they closed at 2:00. The guy I spoke with was so nice and helpful and told me to come in, even though they closed at 2:00. He ordered me a new cord and gave me a loaner to use until the new one came in so I had one for my work trip. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Brought my laptop in on Thursday thinking I had a bad hard drive. They quoted me for 500gb and 1tb hard drives, told me the prices for everything they would want to do, and told me which were optional/could be removed. Then, when they realized my hard drive was not bad they called me and told me! They did not scam me or give me a runaround. They just fixed my device and got it back to me. 20/10

The dudes at Raptor PCS are very professional and knowledgeable in their work. I trust that they will know the issue and do everything in their power to fix it in a very timely manner. Their prices are also extremely reasonable! 10/10 recommend!
