“My computer power cord quit working on me on a Saturday and I was leaving town for work on Monday for a week. I called them around 1:45 and they closed at 2:00. The guy I spoke with was so nice and helpful and told me to come in, even though they closed at 2:00. He ordered me a new cord and gave me a loaner to use until the new one came in so I had one for my work trip. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“
