Nick is a fantastic realtor to work with, and we were so lucky to find him. He helped us find/purchase our home in Grand Forks while we were out of state (military) and gave us such a warm welcome when we finally arrived in ND. Then, 3 years later we got orders to move out of the country and Nick was there once again to help us streamline the selling process and get our home on the market. His selling strategies helped us sell our home at a great value within only a couple months of listing! Nick Walker was excellent to work with while helping us buy our home. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process, was always responsive and professional, and was incredibly patient as we searched for the right house. We viewed at least ten homes before finding the perfect one, and when it came on the market, Nick quickly got us an immediate showing and helped us get under contract within 12 hours. He helped us find the perfect home within our budget, and we always felt like he had our best interests in mind. I would recommend Nick to anyone, including my own mom, and would absolutely work with him again.
