Great Job of Data transfer! I needed to have all my files and programs transferred to a new laptop. Robin got the work done and was very helpful in arranging drop off and pick up when it worked best for me.

I had ordered a hard drive online, and they had not shipped it with all the pieces necessary. After calling 6 other places in town looking for a hard drive jumper, Tim not only said he had one for me, but gave it to me free of charge! If I have any PC troubles in the future, or any of my friends or family have any issues, I will definitely be recommending Tim and Network PCs Rx.

Tim fixed my computer in no time! I felt like he actually just wanted to fix my computer and not scam me over like some other places on town. I dropped it off and he was able to save my pictures and work AND have it back to me by the next day. SO GLAD there is finally a reliable computer repair guy in grand forks!!
