The service was great. The florist was able to accommodate my last minute delivery order for Mother's day. The arrangement was beautiful. My mother absolutely loved them. I will definitely be using Flowers By Us for all my flower arrangements from now on!

Not even close to what I had ordered, missing the chocolates, delivered at 8:30 pm on valentines...just don't order flowers from them online, I have multiple times over the past 5 years and they've never delivered what I've actually ordered. They don't even have most of the arrangements on the site.

Picked up wrist corsage and boutonniere for prom yesterday. I saw them last night.(Son picked up) Their boutonniere is a beautiful bright red like they advertised picture. However the wrist corsage roses where a deep dark red color and very small. I called to ask aboutthem and workers voice immediately became rude and snapped "well thats how the flowers came into me and there is nothing I can do about it." My question is couldn't you have used the same roses as the boutonniere.Sad that we paid $65 for such poor quality. Consider someone else or make sure they meet your expectations next time ill pick up.
