I wanted a quote for new countertops in my kitchen. I have stopped by the showroom three times and each time has been a different experience. Today I stopped by to drop off a sample and to speak with Melissa regarding my quote. As I sat at her desk to discuss it in detail, she decided to take a phone call and completely ignored me as she continued the phone conversation while I sat there waiting. Its obvious that regular people don't matter to her and contractors are her only focus. I get that they do frequent business but, ignoring regular customers is sad. Not a good experience. My husband and I went to the store on a Friday and the woman working had friends with children in the store having a party. So when we looked around we had to look past the half eaten pizza, pizza crusts and glasses of wine. She told us she doesn't do kitchens but would give my information to the person that did and she would call me on Monday. We left, the next week goes by with no phone call. The following Monday I called the store and asked why I wasn't contacted. was told again, the person that does kitchens wasn't in however the woman I spoke with scheduled me for a day for the kitchen person to come look at my house and give... read full review
