I wanted a quote for new countertops in my kitchen. I have stopped by the showroom three times and each time has been a different experience. Today I stopped by to drop off a sample and to speak with Melissa regarding my quote. As I sat at her desk to discuss it in detail, she decided to take a phone call and completely ignored me as she continued the phone conversation while I sat there waiting. Its obvious that regular people don't matter to her and contractors are her only focus. I get that they do frequent business but, ignoring regular customers is sad. Made my decision much easier to go with another business who has been nothing short of amazing with customer service....read full review

Great design team!

Not a good experience. My husband and I went to the store on a Friday and the woman working had friends with children in the store having a party. So when we looked around we had to look past the half eaten pizza, pizza crusts and glasses of wine. She told us she doesn't do kitchens but would give my information to the person that did and she would call me on Monday. We left, the next week goes by with no phone call. The following Monday I called the store and asked why I wasn't contacted. was told again, the person that does kitchens wasn't in however the woman I spoke with scheduled me for a day for the kitchen person to come look at my house and give me a quote. 3 weeks later the date comes and the lady comes. Personally, I feel like she was more interested in telling things I needed to do to my house that didn't include the kitchen (i.e., paint my storm door, not put carpet in a certain area, move my dining room table, etc). When given our budget she proceeded to tell me that it can't be done for that price, even though we currently are doing it with another company for less than that and we are getting our cabinets custom made. When she was finished measuring everything she told me to expect a design in 2 weeks. It has now been 6 weeks and I have not heard from anyone. Overall, I'm not impressed and don't recommend contacting them.
