We had been working with another realtor (Jerry W) before coming to berkshire and working with Katelyn R. Jerry was a nice guy and had a lot of knowledge on houses but we had put offers on houses and didn’t get anywhere. We also liked houses he showed us and he would steer us from them because he didn’t like them for whatever reason. We had looked at houses and spent up to an hour plus at some, him explaining everything he didn’t like about them and we’d always leave stressed out. We about gave up on house buying several times. Later on (after finding Katelyn) we came to the conclusion he didn’t have the greatest reputation of being easy to work with and that’s why we weren’t getting the houses that we put offers on. He even blamed our budget several times, and became angry with us at one point. He tried to make it right after getting mad at us, but at this point we knew something wasn’t right about working with him. ONE WEEK after starting with Katelyn we got a house! We were shocked by this and how wonderful she has been to work with. We are first time homebuyers and she made the whole process so easy! She walked us through step by step and made it all so simple. We are so excited about our new home and would HIGHLY recommend working with Katelyn. She has been amazing and made everything stress free. Definitely work with her!

Adam helped us sell our home in May 2022. He was always timely and professional! Selling a home is quite the process and Adam made it very easy by explaining every detail and being flexible with our schedules. I would definitely recommend him for your buying or selling process!

Adam Hegleson went above and beyond assisting me in purchasing my first home. As a young woman with no experience purchasing homes, I was initially very intimidated to begin the home buying process. It is astonishing to see how much my attitude has transformed. A once frightened person now holds the tools and education necessary to own a home, all thanks to his patience, kindness, and experience. His knowledge about the local area and surrounding homes is extensive. He highlighted the aspirations I was looking for in a home and found me the perfect place.
