Little to no AC. Flies and crickets because the doors are always open.
It's great that card readers are present, but not online! Too many machines out of service. They all needed wiped out. And for a place this heavily used, all need to be up and running.
Where is the attendant? Huh? Where is that essential human being to tidy up after the other humans who just can't seem to see their mess?
You're obviously making a profit here, you can do better on customer service. Remember, you have the privilege of washing yours at home.
the owner was very nice and great to chat with also I was very pleased to see her cleaning and sanitizing everything. I've been doing my laundry here since February n never seen that done!! very impressive
