Zulauf Construction is known for a professional approach and straight up answers. They follow through and produce very good work. Workers keep the area clean and are fun to have around. The owner responds quickly, schedules appointments within a week, and even comes out on a Saturday to fix problems, sometimes at no charge when it is simple. Clients praise the team's fantastic skills, experience, and respect for price and quality. The team is communicative, delivers quotes quickly, and roofers are respectful and clean up well after finishing roof work. Many customers give two thumbs up and highly recommend Zulauf for roofing and siding needs.
I would hire Zulauf Construction again in a heartbeat. Very professional approach, straight up answers, great follow through and the work is very good. Workers policed their area, keeping it clean and were fun to have around. Two thumbs up and a snap to Zulauf Construction. 👍👍🫰
I have been building custom homes for 23 years. Zulauf Construction has been a trade partner for about 7 years and has done fantastic work for my business, Benjamin Custom Homes. It is very difficult to find someone that has the skills and experience that Justin and his team have, and even more difficult to find people that honor their price and value quality. I highly recommend Zulauf for your roofing and siding needs.
Zulauf was great to work with. They answered my phone call and got me scheduled for that week. The owner came out himself on a Saturday and realized it was an easy fix so he didn't even charge us for it. Amazing considering another company in town told me my issue over the phone without coming to look at it and quoted me $17,000 and said the whole roof had to be repaired and he wouldn't come out if it was just a repair.
