“We ordered all new windows and 1 exterior door for our home in about November 2023. We were told they would be custom made and would be May of 2024 before installation. No big deal for us. We got a call in the middle of March and they were ready to start the following week. The installer that came out was a very outstanding professional who did everything very precisely, never wasted a minute, & was very nice to be around. We would highly recommend Anderson Windows & Western Products.“

“We are so excited to finally have all the repairs done after storm damage from this summer. The window installation was the cherry on top. We chose Pella since a neighbor told us how much his experience meant to him. They are so helpful and responsive. It didn’t take any time to have the window come to us for installation compared to the timelines of other brands. Finally, our install was one of the best experiences. Hunter and Austin were so detailed with the installation. They made sure the window was installed to our expectations. They found a couple issues with the original window and let us know that we will be getting a service to install a new sash and screen since it wasn’t to their satisfaction. We are planning on building our next home, and we will be choosing Pella.“
