“1st of all, I called with some questions about my current sump pump. Nora answered and said I could ask her the questions. I did and she answered with knowledge. I was pleasantly surprised. I then asked for somebody to stop out, look at my current setup and give me an estimate for a new pump. Tyler showed up within a couple hours, we talked about my current setup and we came to the conclusion that I should probably put in a new system. He have me a quote, had a new pump with him, so I asked him to install it. He finished the installation, quick easy (for him) and clean. I paid with my CC and he was on his way. From my 1st phone call to Tyler leaving after a job well done was all within 3-4 hrs. Impressive! Great job Nora, Tyler and Legacy!“
