Customers describe TLC Cleaning as great, with cleaners who are considerate and get to places clients would never think about cleaning. One client had a first-time clean and was very happy with how clean everything was, noting the cleaner started in the kitchen and cleaned from top to bottom. Another client experienced absolutely fantastic work, with a first cleaning lasting 4 hours and leaving the house spotless, leading to a decision for monthly cleanings, though noted as on the expensive side but worth it.

The initial setup process was described as very easy and accommodating, with clients looking forward to deep cleaning. TLC Cleaning has helped clients a number of times, always providing a wonderful and detailed clean. One client, overwhelmed and not having time to pick up before a cleaner arrived, found the cleaner to be kind, worked around their stuff, and reassured them, doing more than expected and making them feel comfortable at home again. TLC Cleaning is locally owned, offers benefits to employees, and fosters a supportive workplace culture, which clients are happy to support. They found a way to work with a client's budget to provide help.
