The girls were very informative, they made sure I was in a frame that fit well and looked good. I also purchased contacts through them and both my glasses and contacts arrived way sooner than when I had gone to Pearle vision the year prior. After I had a good experience I brought in my parents, they each got glasses and my dad got sunglasses as well. All 3 pairs were done within a week! I WILL be coming back!!
After being forever banned from 20/20 vision for not being able to call and reschedule an appointment, I've used Sterling optical for two different sets of glasses over the past 6 years. Nothing but praise for these people who love their jobs and will spend as much time as necessary to get you the lowest price possible through all the books (literally) of red tape. Sterling is a good name for them because it describes their customer service.
