Honestly, Sherry has been great and an understanding landlady. She has worked with me as a tenant when rent may be paid a few days late. What else can you ask from a property owner? Plus her office has free candies n chocolate for kids and adults! Thanks Sherry.

These guys just recently bought our apartment complex. The ladies in the office are AMAZING, so kind, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I look forward to the future with leases with this company .

I rented with Sherz for two years, and aside from a few problems when we originally moved in that took a week or two to fix, including a broken fridge and sewer problems, I had a great experience renting with them. They usually replied within 24 hours and would have an issue fixed within 1-3 days. They are very communicative easy to get a hold of
