If you have a dog with a thick coat and you've had trouble getting the shampoo to penetrate deeply, you must take your pup to Shaggy's. The shampoo/conditioner applicator is amazing; spray it on like paint, everywhere but on your dog's head (too much pressure for eyes, ears) and then let it soak in for a few minutes before you rinse it out. You can lather and scrub before rinsing, but I found it unnecessary.

We had our Great Pyrenees bathed and groomed, he came out smelling great and nice and white. We would bring him back! Owner kept us in the loop towards end of the appointment for pickup time.
