Sanford POWER is an excellent training facility. They have all the necessary training equipment for athletes of a wide range of abilities and sports. The hockey treadmill is a great feature for the area for hockey players looking to improve their stride and maintain conditioning during the off season. If you’re looking for an affordable place to get your kids in shape for their upcoming sports season this is a great place to be.

All the PTs at Sanford Power that I've worked with have been extraordinary. They go above and beyond and are excellent at asking the right questions and helping set you up for success. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The staff are extremely helpful and so kind. Physical Therapists there are excellent people and put patients first. I highly recommend going there, even to workout. It's a great place.
