Want a contractor that actually cares after the job is done? Radient is that builder. I recently installed an icemaker line to an outdoor patio in a very extravagant Radient home and I was very uneasy about cutting holes in the ceiling. David came and met with me to think up a plan. After we decided what we were going to do, he stuck around and helped me out! I don't think there's too many builders out there who would do that.
