I brought in my Xbox on a Sunday afternoon, and was told within 5 minutes what the problem was. The price was fair and as expected and service was quick, with good communication. I highly recommend for any tech needs. (There was also a lady ahead of me in line they were able to help her in a matter of minutes with 0 charge) Excellent service.
My laptop was cursed with the black screen of death and they got it fixed way faster & WAY cheaper than Geek Squad wanted to charge me! I'll be bringing all my tech repairs to them from now on!
I can’t say enough good things about the experience I had here. My old phone was unfortunately broken, and I was really stressed about losing all my information. The guys were incredibly professional, respectful, and patient from start to finish. They took the time to recommend a better phone that truly fit my needs and made the entire transfer process, save from a few hiccoughs, smooth and worry-free. Everything from my old phone was transferred carefully, and they explained things in a way that was easy to understand.
