They spent 2 different days working on my phone-Dec. 26th and today Jan. 4th. Parts were ordered and took a week to get in. Unfortunately, they were not able to repair my phone for me or get it up for transfer of data either. I was not charged for the diagnostic work. They were kind and professional.
Got my first smartphone 10 years ago and had never shattered a screen until two nights ago. Filed a claim through Verizon, brought my phone in yesterday, came back a few hours later, and I may as well have never even dropped it. Verizon paid for the whole thing. This place is a Christmas Miracle in the form of technical support
They couldn't fix an issue I had with my playstation, but I totally get it. Had to throw it away.... They are super prompt and helpful and the prices are super fair for the work they have to do. Love bringing stuff in to these guys.
