I'd give it five stars in a heartbeat, to be sure, but I only get here once in a blue moon and I'm not sure if there are better prices to be had at big box stores, even if one is sacrificing quality for their prized pets.

Found everything I needed, and the people helped me with updates and smiles. Although I was told that some items were 50% off when they were not , which was disappointing when I looked for 30 min to get the right ones and then put them back , staff does need to know more about what they tell customers.

Store is always clean and well organized, inventory is well stocked and staff is friendly. I've purchased supplies here for dogs, cats, frogs, turtles, guinea pigs, ferrets, fish, rats, gerbils and more!
