I was able to walk in and get an appointment pretty much right away. Logan was very thorough and patient while helping me choose glasses that fit my face well and explaining the different options.
Jayson & the Doctor are really experts in what they are doing. It was fast and accurate. Their machines are modern. All the tests are done, analyzed, and discussed to me. I learned a lot from my eye issues. Thank you so much Jayson! 👍🏻❤️🤓
It was my first time ever going to LensCrafters. I have needed glasses since I was about 6-7 years, so I been to many places. Everyone at this location was very sweet and very helpful. I can’t remember the name of the gal that helped me out and did the eye exam (sorry I’m bad with names) but she was very sweet, and was great to work with :) .
The tella help thing I was new to, never did a video call with an eye doctor or had them use the equipment without being there. But it wasn’t a bad experience and everything went smoothly. So not bad for a new experience!
Overall I had a great experience, and all the staff were helpful and were friendly.
