Customer service was great! Loved that we could pop into their showroom anytime and they could unlock it remotely. We swung by to pick up some carpet we ordered and that was really a great feature!

Our dad had past away and we needed to get the house in order to put it on the market. We reached out to LaValle Flooring for new carpet and pad, and we were not disappointed. They worked with us every step of the way. Fortunately, they had a high quality carpet and pad in stock. Though they were busy, they went out of their way to accommodate our schedule and desire to list it before winter hit. We are extremely impressed with the professional installation by Noberto Sr. and Jr. and the dealing with Matt from the office. We love the color of both our vinyl planking and carpet! We were disappointed in the cushion of the padding under the carpet. It wasn't quite what we expected. Overall, we would highly recommend LaValle to anyone!
