The team was great to work with-we had a specific time that worked for our needs and they were able to accommodate. So thankful for that and they did a great job with the cleaning!

I had the carpets cleaned in my whole house in order to prepare it for the market. The carpets were soaked and were still wet 3 weeks later. One room in the basement had a pet odor and because the carpet was soaked the smell was 100 times worse. I rented a carpet cleaner and went over the room again. The water was black which makes me wonder if they even sucked up the excess water and dirt. After i cleaned the carpet and sucked up the excess water the carpet was dry in a couple days and the smell was gone. I paid $500 to have this done. I reached out to the company and asked if they were going to make this right. They have not responded. I believe that I have lost potential buyers because of the soaked carpet and the smell.

UPDATE NEAR THE BOTTOM!!!
The good thing about this company is that they had been nice about things, and helped us determine if our carpet was good or not. They did ok removing BUT Watch the video
2 days of 3hours for one day remove and treat, 4 hours of work to remove and treat, then we get padded with equipment we did not need to rent, for 6 Days! Why? Why 6 days? As you can see in the video all we needed was more removal, the same equipment they could of just recommend us to get is about $150 for about a weekend from Acme. On top of all that The floors were not wet when we called them in, we had all the water issues taken care of before hand, all we needed was cut it off, sanitize, and see what the next steps would be. We are not happy at all on how this bill went, I expected $1000 not double. And for SOME REASON we had 4 guys show up on the second day. Lastly, they left a bunch of equipment behind too. I hate to do this but this is unacceptable, I really do hope they improve down the road.
UPDATE: with all of the stuff that had been going on they dropped all the charges, not only do we truly appreciate this but we will give you another try down the road if we needed you.

I had an excellent experience with K&S Carpet Cleaning! They were prompt, professional, and extremely thorough. My carpets hadn’t been cleaned in a while and had several stains, but after K&S finished, they looked brand new again. The team was friendly and explained the entire process, making sure I was comfortable with everything. The pricing was fair, and the results were well worth it. I’ll definitely be using them again and would highly recommend K&S to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality carpet cleaning!
