Have rented from JM for the last six years. They are professional and courteous in all of my interactions with any of the staff. Maintenance is quick with requests and very efficient. The prices are great and the locations are top notch whether you like peace and quiet or live an active lifestyle. They will help find the apartment that suits you best. Highly recommend JM for all your renting needs.

I love my apartment... it was clean for me when I moved in, even the windows. The staff is pleasant and easy to get along with. The rent is very reasonable for everything that is included with the apartment. Our resident manager takes very good care of the property. The hallways are always clean.

I switched over to JM after renting with Valley Rentals and they have been great! Maintenance is always quick and the people working the office are always very friendly and willing to talk things over if you have any questions or concerns. As far as some of the negative reviews go, I'd have to say you've never rented with anyone else because JM has been better all around than other companies in Fargo-Moorhead!
