I cannot speak highly enough of my rental experience here. I've rented from a few different companies over the years, and 360 Properties has by far been the best!! Maintenance requests are handled very promptly, the building is kept clean, and the office is super easy to get ahold of. Great experience all around!
I’ve dealt with different property managements around US, this was so far the best experience I’ve had. Very easy to work with and everything is clear on the lease; no hidden fees whatsoever. They pressure washed outside of the building and maintain the amenities pretty good.
Anytime i need something fixed or something breaks, maintenance is always on time and very polite! They fix it in a very timely manner and keep you updated on everything. Love this management and service!
