I had the very positive experience of having Amber Brockopp prepare my taxes. She was so lively and made a seemingly stressful situation of filing taxes more relaxing. Every tax season I get stressed out about filing taxes. This year I finally got a refund after the last 3 years paying large amount of taxes. She made it more relaxing for me. Very bubbly personality. She handled all my documents well, was very proficient and knowledgeable in the ever changing tax code.
