Rory gave me a 2 courtesy calls (one the day before and one the morning of) to confirm the time he’d be arriving. He was right on time, friendly and professional. Took the time to explain what is was that he was looking for and more importantly, what he did not see.
I would not hesitate to recommend Innovative Basement Authority.
Riley did a great inspection of the work that needed to be done. He explained and showed us the results of his inspection. He explained well with the presentation on the laptop and answered all of our questions and made us very comfortable moving forward to purchase the work that needed to be done.
We understand the process used and felt it was the best thing to do. The price was shockingly low!
Went with this local waterproofing service after a friend recomended them, and I have to say it worked out pretty well. The crew showed up on time and walked me thru what they were doing, which helped me feel more relaxed about the whole thing. Basement used to get a little damp after heavy rain, but since they finished the job it’s been dry and doesn’t have that musty smell anymore. Price felt fair for the work, and everyone was friendly enough. Not overly fancy, just solid work, I’d definately use them again if I needed it.
