When I was in school at NDSU for Interior Design when we toured Heritage Homes builds, I always told myself that I would build a home with them. With an unbiased objective, we interviewed many builders in the area and Heritage was the most responsive, and professional, and had the utmost excitement for us and this next chapter for our family. Kayla helped us come to a budget and understand what to expect during the process. As we went through the design process our realtor was with us every step of the way working alongside us and Heritage. We always knew what to expect and signed off on all decisions. When we got into the building process, Nicole gave us the best advice and guidance throughout construction. She was on top of all options we were looking at and followed through. She kept us on track to hit our closing date. Heritage showed dedication to our family's home. Our home is well built, and, in the end, it is high quality. To the trade partner relationships Heritage has; they all do a wonderful job, and the service Heritage provided us with is world-class.
