Fercho Properties 4333 15th Avenue south

I live in Grand Forks and have rented from Fercho since 2011. I have never had any issues renting from them. I have a service dog, and have never received a phone call for my dog barking. I have been late with my rent and have found out that if you just call them and let them know that the rent will be late, they will work with you. I have never had any other landlord work with me the way they do. If we have an issue with our apartment, we just let the managers know and they see to the issues within 24 hours. Fercho Properties are an exceptional group of professionals. I have been living in one of their apartment complexes for over 2 years. When/if I have issues, there is someone to call and they respond within in minutes. The apartment itself is extremely cozy; the in-house amenities are conveniently down-the-hall (PERFECT during the cold, nasty winter months); the exterior of the buildings/landscaping are well-maintained and presentable at all times. Anytime I hear a friend or family member is looking to move/find a new a place, I refer them to Fercho Properties by name.
