Both Kelsey and Shawn are skilled stylists, with Shawn being very nice, kind, and professional. He listens to each customer's wishes and ensures they feel comfortable during their appointment. Many customers have praised Shawn for making them feel at home with pleasant conversations and attentive hair care. While Kelsey provides an amazing first-time salon experience, there was an issue with changing prices during one customer's appointment. Some customers have noted challenges with getting the exact style they wanted, but overall, the friendly atmosphere and skilled service make Hairology a great choice for haircuts.

So up until q couple years ago I dreaded getting haircuts because I had never gotten one that I actually liked. I started going to Shawn at Hairology in Fargo and the first time he cut my hair, I honestly meant it when I said I loved it at the end! He did exactly what I asked & no extra shit.. he was attentive to what I wanted & he is also so fun to talk to.. anyways, long story short, he's the ONLY one i go to now and every time I see him he's just a delight & I just absolutely adore him.. thanks Shawn! I hope you read this! You're wonderful and amazing at what you do, but you're also just a light. Keep doing what you're doing.. you are rockin it ❤🔥

Wonderful haircut and got my face waxed too. Excellent customer service and comfortable salon. First time trying this place and definitely will return.
