My first time using the services to repair my daughter’s phone my experience was very good and the second time as well. Good customer service and very professional. I will recommend them.

I came in on a Friday evening about 4:15. My screen had went black and Verizon couldn't help me. The manager, Max took a look at it and almost immediately diagnosed it. I needed a new screen): I was ready to hand my phone over, not expecting to get it back till Monday, when he said " come back about 5:45, it should be ready". Considering they close at 6, I was so grateful!! I found max to be very knowledgeable, and also to be quite kind. They also have quite a nice selection of used phones, tablets and laptops!! Definitely giving them future business!

Thought my iPhone pro camera was broken. Went in to find out the protective cover on the camera lens broke only, he was great to take it off and didn’t charge me. Excellent service! If I do need a fix I will be back!
