They were unable to fix my devices due to unable to get parts or could not guarantee a repair without still needing to send the device to Samsung. Rather than charging me $300 and it 'might' fix the problem, but possibly not and it would still need to be sent off. I was told to save my $ and send them to Samsung where they they can guaranteed get them fixed.
I definitely appreciate the honesty and will bring my other devices in when I have issues with them.
