Corwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service

Had a warranty issue with the passenger seatbelt that the service department took care of here,

David helped to get me in and out rather rapidly. I did need to leave my truck for a while but I would still consider it service completed quickly.

Friendly enough and everything went smoothly. I now have working seatbelts!

Spoke to Shane Ross service manager at Corwin with the issue of expired oil changes. First he called me personally which surprised me and spoke about the problem and after speaking to him he gave me the two oil changes free no expiration date. This is the type of business that I would definitely go to in the future. Just wanted to say THANK YOU Shane Ross and standing by your company and keeping your word.

After trying to work with a different dealer my opinion of Corwin has improved drastically. The service center is excellent for maintenance on vehicles, I would caution if buying used from them to very thoroughly check over the vehicle and get in writing that they will fix anything they seems weird. Buying new there has been a couple hiccups but they have always done everything they can to make it right and are always somehow magically able to get payments in the range on need on the vehicles I want when no other dealer can.
