I was see today and the staff were friendly as soon as I came in for my appointment . I was seen by Alexis for my services and she was professional, very friendly and upfront about everything. I highly recommend!!
The staff is so very caring. That is the most important thing to me. Secondly, they are passionate about their work and are more than happy to share what they know with you. Everyone I have met at Catalyst wants the best for me in every way and that just feels amazing to feel that kind of caring. Third, they are terrific with anesthetic. One little sting of a needle and I feel nothing else. They also provide great instruction for aftercare. Fantastic place, both in their Fargo and Jamestown offices.
I am so pleased with the services and staff at Catalyst Medical Center. It is so easy to get an appointment and even to see the specialists! It is a night and day difference in quality of care from what I had experienced before. I feel cared about and important as a patient.
