As a complete Botox newbie, I was a little nervous going into my appointment, but my nurse injector, Nancy Ness, immediately put me at ease. She took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed before we started. Her calm, friendly demeanor made the entire experience feel effortless and seamless.

Nancy is absolutely fabulous! I wholeheartedly trust her opinion with my face. She is very honest and has told me flat out when I don't need something, that it is unnecessary at this time. She is truly a master injector. I have referred my family to her because I have so much trust in her skills.
