Had an appointment this morning and she showed up late. She didn't apologize, but instead asked me if I came early, as if coming early to an appointment is a bad thing. But anyhow, an apologize would have been nice.
P.S: I called and left a voice note when I got there, didn't get a call back.

Yesterday I had a service booked with you for a wash, and blow dry. The experience I had was unfortunately the worst I have had . I didn’t appreciate you having the appointment time set online but showing up and you still have someone on your chair. You should be upholding people schedule time because you don’t know if they have other plans or not. I also didn’t appreciate that I felt rushed by the service you were giving me even though I patiently waited for you to finish your other client which took a whole 35 minutes. I could have appreciated a little more care and attention when it was my turn but that was not the case at all. During my blow dry it felt like you just rushing to get rid of me so you can get to your other client . The blow dry it self was a messy job and you can’t tell that what you did was a blow dry. While you were putting my hair in a pony tail you could still feel my hair was wet on the back and on the front . If you believe that is a blow dry you should not be a hairdresser at all. The service I paid for was not service I got and I wanted to support a black owned business but was greatly disappointed. I will be attaching the photos I took after the appointment and you can see for yourself how terrible of a job that blow dry was . I didn’t pay for a service for only to go home crying and then have to do again on my self . Kindly refund me my money for my appointment or I will be disputing the service I got with my bank. Do better next time because I am paying for a service and I don’t want to feel like I’m unwanted in your space especially a black woman space where I should feel comfortable .

I want to book and appointment with them so bad but they never answer the phone to help answer some of my questions. I always call on open hours and because I live an hour and 15 minutes away I don’t want to drive up there and they can do the other serve I am looking for. If they have a number up here they should be answering the phone for whenever customers have a question this is just ridiculous.

Great salon and great customer service. did a wash and retwist on my 11 year old and he came home feeling so good, feeling so crispy and clean. he was very pleased with his appointment. thank you for treating my boy so right. we will definitely be returning.

Mrs. Belle I am so grateful to have met you. Thank you for the willingness to add products to service my gray hair & keep it from having the yellow highlights. On the first day you welcomed me. You must enjoy doing hair and making women look better! Because, each person I've seen she looks fabulous. From the high school graduate to the seasoned female. No cookie-cutter hairstyles. I look glamorous each time I leave your shop. The upkeep for my hair style is easy. P.S. I appreciate you having wraps & scarfs conveniently on hand. I have been here in the Fargo/ Moorhead for about two years and being over 55 years, and choosy, it was a challenge before you. Now, you've awaken the adventurous side in me. You're so refreshing, artistic with an eye for lovely things and you bring it out in every one that sits in your chair. It's such a pleasure to see you, Beautiful❣️

Went for the first time yesterday and her place was super cute! Very homey and loved the layout of it. She was super nice and made me feel comfortable! It’s hard for me personally to trust others with my hair….but I left her place very satisfied! I am tender headed and she was gentle! She deep washed my hair, trimmed and even styled it. I got a silk press.

We absolutely loved it at Mrs. Belle’s Hair Salon. Had a great experience, very knowledgeable and explained to my daughter how to take care of her curly hair. Gave her a great cut and she loves it.
