Took my boy right away.. Really hard to find a vet that takes care of Afican Grays.. Especially on short notice,. I don't know what she did but he was doing so much better after his visit.. All staff were extremely nice and understanding..

I used to live and die by this clinic. But today and over the course of the last year or so that's changed. I had an appt confirmed and showed up to be turned away with no notice. Shocking to think as my dog was injured and needed shots yet the vets on wouldn't see her. They claim it's because of previously missed appt which should be neither here nor there as I was on time and present for this one. It shows how this awesome personal patient caring clinic has sold out to corporate bull shit. Shame on you for taking a missed spot out on my injured pet.

I brought my cockatiel in to figure out what was wrong. Everyone, from the front desk to the Vet and Vet tech, was so nice, and explained things very well. They answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. I'll be bringing my birds here from now on.

I was initially happy and impressed with my first visit. The Doctor seemed to genuinely want to work with me for the care of my two dogs. I scheduled some very expensive (almost $1,000) but routine x-rays to screen my dog's hips, elbows, and shoulders. The original appointment was set for February 1st. That appointment was cancelled by AHCFargo with essentially no notice, because I wanted to add one extra x-ray. I could have gone without that x-ray, but due to the short notice of the cancellation, I never had a chance to offer that option. The x-ray appointment was rescheduled for 2/23, when the x-rays were taken and sent to the OFA (which is an organization that certifies vet x-rays among other things.) Two weeks later, I called OFA to get a status report, only to find out that the original digital x-ray files were corrupted and nobody had told me. I contacted AHCFargo to have them resent, which they did on March 10th. On March 15th, I emailed OFA to be sure that they got the new x-ray files. OFA confirmed on March 16th that they did receive the new x-rays, but would not be able to use them because they contained no identification information for my dog. I contacted AHCFargo on the morning of March 17th to have the x-rays resent. The person on the phone said they spoke to the head vet tech and that it would be fixed and resent the same day. On March 18th (the very next day), I called AHCFargo to verify that the images had been properly labeled and resent. Unfortunately, after looking in my file, the person on the phone still did not seem to know what I was talking about or have any idea that this was supposed to have been fixed the day before. Supposedly, she is going to look into it and call me back later this morning. But, there have been at least 2 occasions where someone at AHCFargo was supposed to call me back and never did. So, I'll believe it when it happens. I only gave them two stars because the staff is genuinely pleasant. However, I had high hopes for this place after my first visit, but it has been a continuous downhill spiral every since then. I'm just really disappointed in how poorly this has been handled...and is still being handled. :(

Trixie had her 2nd round of shots and they were fantastic with her and made the process easy . I love how everyone was so friendly and listened to what I needed to say and gave me some good suggestions on what type of food I should feed her etc. I love that its a fear free clinic and I really feel the bandanas helped my little Trixie be calmer . I appreciate this clinic and looking forward to Trixie getting her cares done here
